Anne Dill graduated from Western Maryland College in 1974 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics. After graduation, she worked as a computer systems analyst for the U.S. Department of Defense and earned a Master of Science in Administration from The George Washington University in 1980. Licensed by the State of Maryland as a Certified Public Accountant, Anne owned an accounting practice in Annapolis until moving to Phoenix with her family in 1998. She served as the controller/accounting manager at Mountain Park Ranch Homeowners Association until joining the bank in June 2002 as HOA Regional Account Representative for Arizona.
