Cyndi Koester, is the AVP, Regional Account Executive for Southern California. Prior to joining Community Association Banc, Cyndi served as Director of Membership for California Association of Community Managers, Inc. (CACM), where her duties included scheduling and overseeing education and certification programs, membership relationship services, instructor and liaison to the Professional Standards Committee.

Cyndi has been involved in the CID industry since 1980. She has been involved in every aspect of the industry including portfolio and on-site management. In addition, she was the general manager for a large management firm in Irvine, CA. Cyndi currently serves on the Board of Directors for the CAI San Diego and Coachella Valley Chapters. In addition she chairs the San Diego Magazine Committee, Coachella Valley Expo & Education Program Committee and Orange County Education Committee. Cyndi also serves on the CACM Ambassador and Education committees.

Cyndi earned her Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) designation through the California Association of Community Managers (CACM) in August 1993. In addition, she has earned her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) in March 1997, Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation in February 2000, and her Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) in October 2000 through Community Associations Institute (CAI).
