S. Hayden Miller-Luczka, CMCA, PCAM, now a 5 year veteran of the banking business with Community Association Banc began her career in common interest communities in 1978 at Watergate at Landmark, a 1460 unit high-rise in Alexandria, Virginia. A resident of Virginia since 1972, Hayden worked in the community association management industry for several of the major community association management companies in the Washington Metropolitan area. Hayden has always supported the Washington Metropolitan Chapter of Community Associations Institute and now also belongs to the Central Virginia Chapter, the Southeastern Chapter and the Chesapeake Chapter. She spent 6 years on the Board of Directors of the Washington Chapter and nine years as Chairman of the Leadership Training Program for the chapter. She continues to support the Washington Chapter through committee membership.

Hayden was the first woman honored with the Hall of Fame award given by the Washington Chapter. She is especially pleased to have presented her daughter, Cathy Kaye, with her PCAM designation at the 2000 San Diego, California conference.
