Kathy Beaulne began her career in Public Accounting while still attending college in Charleston, SC. After graduation, Kathy spent another eight years in the public accounting field, working with CPA firms in Charleston before deciding to make a change.

In 1991 Kathy went to work for Seabrook Island Property Owners Association, a large, gated community outside of Charleston, SC where she worked for a total of thirteen years. She began as the staff accountant and over the next five years progressed to the position of Administrative Services Director (Asst. GM). In 1998 Kathy became the first employee at Seabrook to earn her PCAM designation, and in May 1999, she received the National Rising Star award from Community Association Institute. She was active in the SC Chapter of CAI for five years and currently serves on the Membership/Chapter Development Committee for CAI National. She is a member of the Frequent Recruiter Club and has earned the Hall of Fame award for recruiting fifty new members.

Kathy joined Community Association Banc in March 2004 as the National Regional Account Representative. After helping Seabrook find and train her replacement, she moved to Las Vegas, NV where she currently resides.
