Karen C. Conway has been involved in the commercial lending field since 1996. She has concentrated her efforts in support of lending to Homeowner Associations since 2002. Karen attended Manchester Community College and The Center for Financial Training of Southern New England. She earned her Commercial Lending diploma in June 2002, and was awarded her General Banking and General Financial Services diplomas from CFT in June 2005.

Karen has been with Community Association Banc’s HOA Lending Division located in Connecticut since it’s inception in April 2004. In July 2005, Karen was promoted to VP, HOA Lending Office Manager.
