Lisa Ann Rea, CMCA, AMS, CCAM, began her property management career managing a high-rise commercial office building for a national company for several years.  Upon moving on to community association management, Lisa developed the skills to handle the day to day requirements of up to 16 communities within her portfolio.

To broaden her knowledge in association management, Lisa earned the Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) designation from the California Association of Community Managers, Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation through the Community Associations Institute and her Certified Manager of Community Association (CMCA) designation through Community Associations Institute.  Lisa is scheduled to attend the case study for (PCAM) or Professional Community Association Manager in the spring of 2008.

As an active member of her local management community, Lisa has served on several committees for the Channel Islands chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI).  Lisa is currently serving as a Board member for the Channel Islands chapter and as a the Programs Committee Chair for the Greater Los Angeles Chapter of Community Associations Institute, as well as serving on the Golf Committee for both Chapters and the award winning Casino Night Committee for the Channel Islands Chapter.  Lisa has also been a member of the frequent recruiter club for the Channel Islands Chapter.
