Mark Evans, completed both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees at Auburn University and brings with him a strong background in finance and management. Mr. Evans was previously employed by Keys Property Management were he served as Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, his primary responsibilities included the analysis of the monthly financial reports, budgeting and reserve investments for the purpose of maximizing interest earnings for all communities. This experience was invaluable in preparing him for his current role with Community Association Banc. He still maintains his license as a Community Association Manager in the state of Florida. Prior to working in the property management industry, Mr. Evans gained more banking and investment knowledge during the time that he worked for Wachovia Securities as a licensed financial advisor.

In his spare time, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. Together, they enjoy the many outdoor wonders that the Sunshine State has to offer.
