Pat Hillen has a wide range of experience in the association management industry. Having been involved for over 13 years she has experience in sales, management and as President and co-founder of a community association management company.

She holds a Georgia Real Estate Broker’s license. Is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) issued by the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers. Pat is a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) a designation issued by the Community Associations Institute.

Pat is an active member and Past-President of the Community Associations Institute, Georgia Chapter. She has also served as the Secretary, Vice President and as the Chairperson of the CAl Program Committee.

Pat holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University where she was awarded the Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Pat received computer systems training from ICM School of Business, where she earned a certificate in Computer Systems Applications.
