Robert Dronge joined Community Association Banc in September of 2003. Before making this career change, Bob had been a portfolio property manager in the Boston area for four years. Growing up in Boston, Bob's background was in the food service industry. Bob spent most of the eighties and nineties in Florida where he was involved in commercial sales of building materials. He then obtained a Residential Contractor's License and started a home remodeling company.

Since joining CAB, Bob has become an active member of the New England, New Hampshire and Connecticut Chapters. He is currently serving on the Awards Banquet, Trade Show and Golf Committees.
