Stephanie Shade, After graduating from California State University Sacramento in 2005 with a degree in Organizational Communication, Ms. Shade was offered a position in the Department of Public Affairs within CALPERS. Her daily activities consisted of daily news and various media information updates that applied to the retirement fund of all members within the State of California and sister companies all over the nation. While in the Public Affairs office, Ms. Shade was on a committee in charge of scheduling and coordinating events that included Venture Capital socials, and International Celebration events working with various businesses in the Sacramento region inviting artists, political figures, chefs, and small business owners to promote their talent and business.

In 2006 Ms. Shade began her career in association management as an employee of Gold River Community Association. Ms. Shade worked on site and fulfilled all normal homeowner association management functions, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day corporate activities for 12 communities.

After relocating to Redwood City, California, Ms. Shade join The Manor Association, Inc.as a Portfolio manager. Stephanie has gained a wealth of education in the field of Property Management and has since joined with Community Association Banc and CondoCerts as the Regional Account Executive for Northern California.
