Tom Engblom is a licensed instructor within the State of Illinois for all courses applicable to Real Estate. Thomas is the Real Estate Coordinator at Prairie State College and has been since 1989. In addition, Thomas has been an adjunct instructor at Harold Washington College since 2002 and Salemaca Century 21 academy since 2003. Thomas is a licensed Real Estate Broker and has been since 1988 at which time he sold in excess of 3,000,000.00.

Since early childhood, Thomas had a desire to manage real estate and began at an early age with his father in property management. To further his professional expertise in this field, Thomas began a career in property management in 1984 time. Thomas pursued several professional degrees, which he currently maintains within the Property Management Industry. The designations are through the Institute of Real Estate Management known as (ARM) or Accredited Resident Manager and (CPM) or Certified Property Manager. In addition, Thomas has obtained through Community Association Institute the (CMCA) designation or Certified Manager of Community Association, as well as (AMS) or Accredited Manager Specialist. Thomas is scheduled to attend the case study for (PCAM) or Professional Community Association Manager in July of 2004. Furthermore, Thomas completed his thesis paper for his Master's Degree in Public Administration from Governors State University. The Thesis paper reviewed a comparative analysis of Certified Property Managers and Professional Community Association Managers Career Stratagem in Illinois.

Since 1989, Thomas has managed or supervised a minimum of 2,500 units within the suburbs and Chicago. These units consisted of condominiums, residential and commercial. Thomas managed Marina Towers a twin tower 65 stories high-rise for several years. Thomas managed an upscale Property on Lake Shore Drive he also continues to provide consulting work for various professional organizations and legal firms.

Thomas joined Community Association Banc in March 2004 as a Regional Account Representative for the upper mid-west.

Thomas resides in Evergreen Park with his twelve-year-old son Alexander. Thomas interest includes golf, softball, rehabbing real estate, and riding his Harley's.
