Monthly statements are delivered to the management office on the second business day of the month. The statements are produced on a CD-ROM, along with digital images of the checks drawn on the account. For a nominal fee, the association can obtain a CD-ROM with the entire year's statements. check images are included, greatly reducing the amount of paper that needs to be stored.
