Advantages for the Management Company
Ease of Opening Accounts. One signature card is all that is needed for each association; new
accounts can be added to the same card without obtaining new signatures. Since we know how difficult
it can be to track down board members, we give you thirty days to return the completed signature card
to us, without delaying opening the account. Signature cards can be printed from the website, making
it that much easier for the management company when taking on a new client - you can have the board
representatives sign the card when they sign your contract. Accounts need not be funded to be opened.
For the management company representatives who are signers on most or all of their associations'
accounts, we offer a master signature card whereby they need only sign one card and the privacy of
their personal information is protected.
Bank Statements. By receiving the bank statements on the second business day of the month,
your staff doesn't have to wait until the 7th or the 10th to start preparing
financial statements.
